Founder & Executive Consultant
Oona Myhre is a dedicated early childhood education leader, curriculum developer, and instructional coach committed to empowering educators and school leaders in enhancing preschool programs. She is the founder of The Earliest Edge, an organization focused on advancing early learning through innovative strategies and executive coaching. Oona holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership, a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Special Education, and a Minnesota teaching license. With expertise in executive functioning skill development, classroom management, and program excellence, she provides research-based tools and coaching to help educators create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning environments that foster confidence, independence, and long-term success in young learners.
